Go to School Meals > Labels / Print View to configure and generate student meal labels.
Choose a label preset or select Custom.
Available presets include:
- 2 x 1 inches
- 2.25 x 1.25 inches
- 3 x 1 inches
- 2 x 2 inches
- 3 x 2 inches
- 4 x 2 inches
You can also configure:
- Width
- Height
- Inches or millimeters
- Font size
- Padding
- Preview gap
Use Allergies display and Notes display to choose how those fields appear.
Available display options include:
- Full text
- Yes or blank
- Yes or No
- Hide
The label editor supports these variables:
{student_name}{school}{grade}{day}{product_name}{allergies}{notes}{order_id}{customer_name}{restaurant}{qty}
Arrange the variables in the order you want them printed, and then click Save Label Settings.
Use the Day and Order status filters to select the labels you want to generate.
The current Labels screen filters by meal day and order status. It does not include a date-range filter.
Review the label preview and click Generate Labels PDF.
Cancelled meal items are excluded.
When separate product quantities are enabled, each individual meal line can produce its own student label. When quantities remain grouped, one label can represent a line with a quantity greater than one.
