How To Configure School Meals Settings
Go to School Meals > Settings to configure the plugin’s general behavior.
Separate product quantities
Enable this option to split multiple quantities into individual cart and order lines.
For example, Tacos x3 becomes three separate Tacos x1 lines. Each line receives its own student selector and order information.
Disable this option if you want WooCommerce to keep the original product quantities grouped.
Show meal day in checkout
Enable this option to display the assigned meal day beside each meal during checkout.
Disabling it only hides the day from checkout. The plugin can still save the assigned day with the order item.
School Meals access
Choose who can use the School Meals features.
Available options:
- All registered users
- Let customers choose during registration
- Automatically assign School Meals Customer role

Checkout shortcode page
Enable this option when the WooCommerce Checkout Block does not display the student assignment fields correctly.
When you save the settings, the plugin replaces the Checkout page content with the classic WooCommerce shortcode.
Disabling the option later does not automatically restore the previous Checkout page content.
After selecting the required options, click Save Settings.
