Go to School Meals > Kitchen Report to prepare meal information for the kitchen.
The report can be filtered by:
- Restaurant
- Order status
- Date from
- Date to
- Delivery day
- School
The date range uses the date when the WooCommerce order was created.
The default order status is Processing. You can also use completed orders, processing and completed orders together, or all statuses.
After selecting the filters, click Filter Kitchen Report.
The report contains two sections.
Kitchen Summary
The summary groups meals by restaurant, day, product, allergies, and notes.
Meals with allergies or notes are separated so kitchen staff can identify meals requiring special preparation.
The summary also displays the total quantity of meals.
Kitchen Details
The detail table displays:
- Order
- Order date
- Restaurant
- Day
- Product
- Quantity
- Student
- School
- Grade
- Allergies
- Notes
Click a groupable column heading to organize the details by restaurant, day, product, school, grade, allergies, or notes.
Click Generate Kitchen Summary PDF to download a PDF using the current filters.
Cancelled meal items are excluded from kitchen reports.
