Go to School Meals > Orders Sheet to review school meal order items.
Each meal appears on its own row with information such as:
- Order number
- Order status
- Order date
- Customer
- Product
- Quantity
- Student
- School
- Grade
- Meal day
- Allergies
- Notes
Use Order status to show orders with a particular WooCommerce status or select all statuses.
Use Week filter to enter any date within a week. The plugin automatically calculates the complete week from Monday through Sunday.
You can also enter a custom Date from and Date to range.
The date filters use the date when the WooCommerce order was created.
Use Day to display only meals assigned to a specific meal day.
Use School to search for meals belonging to a specific school. The school search is not case-sensitive and can match part of the school name.
Click Filter to apply the selected options.
Click an order number to open the complete WooCommerce order.
Cancelled meal items are excluded from the Orders Sheet.
The page loads up to 300 matching WooCommerce orders, beginning with the newest orders.
