School Google Sheet generates a dedicated Google Apps Script workflow for each school—importing its processing orders, preparing day and work sheets, producing labels and PDFs, emailing daily files, and building restaurant payment reports.

Select a school in WordPress and generate a configuration that imports only that school’s WooCommerce processing orders. Each school keeps its own folder names, restaurants, labels, recipients, schedules, and generated code.

Create Sunday-through-Saturday tabs from the Processing sheet. Cancelled meal items are identified by Item Status and excluded from operational day sheets.
WorkDay summary
Generate a current-day work sheet with product totals plus a focused list of meals that contain allergy information or notes.
Configurable food labels
Choose common roll-label presets or custom dimensions, control font, padding, and gap, and build a template using order, meal, student, school, grade, allergy, and note variables.
Three daily PDF files
Create a WorkDay PDF, the current school’s day-sheet PDF, and a labels PDF, then save or replace them inside organized Google Drive folders.
Day-based email delivery
Set different recipients for every weekday, customize complete or missing-file subjects, and optionally attach available files when fewer than all three PDFs are found.

Restaurant reconciliation

The restaurant workflow groups non-cancelled items by restaurant and product, totals quantities and payment values, records delivery dates, and creates a grand total.

Cancelled meals are protected: Item Status is synchronized, and cancelled line items are excluded from day sheets and restaurant payment totals.
Setup and scheduling
Generate code from WordPress, then run it inside Google Sheets
Enter WooCommerce REST API credentials in the generator, customize the school’s settings, click Generate & Save Code, and copy all ten blocks into the same Apps Script project attached to the school’s spreadsheet.

Credentials are placed into the generated code but are not retained in the saved per-school WordPress configuration. Google will request authorization for the Apps Script services used by the workflow.

Requires WordPress 6.4+, PHP 7.4+, WooCommerce 8.6+, and School Meals Pro by Delyriaz. It declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage.
Does the plugin connect Google Sheets automatically?
It generates the configured Google Apps Script code in WordPress. You copy all ten blocks into one Apps Script project associated with the school’s Google spreadsheet and authorize that project in Google.
Does every school need a separate setup?
Yes. That separation is intentional: each school gets its own configuration and spreadsheet workflow, so only that school’s processing orders, restaurants, recipients, labels, and folders are used.
Which WooCommerce orders are synchronized?
The generated import reads processing orders. When an order leaves processing, its rows are removed during the next synchronization. The optional completion function can update imported orders from processing to completed.
What PDFs are created each day?
The daily PDF function creates the WorkDay preparation report, the current weekday’s school sheet, and printable meal labels. The email function looks for those three files before sending.
Can label dimensions and content be changed?
Yes. Use 3×1, 2×1, or 2.25×1.25-inch presets, or enter custom dimensions in inches, centimeters, or millimeters. The template and allergy or note display modes are configurable.
Can different days and restaurants use different recipients?
Yes. Daily PDF recipients are configured independently for every weekday, while every selected restaurant can have its own comma-separated payment-report recipients.
How reliable is the full sequence?
The generated full-sequence function runs import, day sheets, WorkDay, PDFs, and email in order, and retries each step up to three times. Trigger timing itself is managed by Google Apps Script.
