Delyriaz develops WordPress plugins and operates the Delyriaz website and Delyriaz Connect service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you visit delyriaz.net, purchase or activate our plugins, request support, or connect a supported plugin to Google services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, billing address, phone number, and account information.
  • Order, subscription, license, download, and payment status information.
  • Website URL, plugin name and version, license status, activation history, and connection timestamps.
  • Support messages and information you voluntarily provide when requesting assistance.
  • Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser type, server errors, and request logs.

Payment information may be processed by WooCommerce and third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers.

2. Customer WordPress Websites

Our plugins are installed and operated on customer-owned WordPress websites. Each website owner is responsible for the personal information collected through their website and for providing appropriate privacy notices to their users.

Information that remains exclusively inside a customer’s WordPress installation is controlled by that website owner. Delyriaz does not automatically receive all information stored or processed by a customer’s WordPress website.

Our plugins may store settings, synchronization history, email logs, error messages, license information, and other operational records in the customer’s WordPress database.

3. Google User Data

Delyriaz Connect allows supported WordPress plugins to request authorization for Google services.

Depending on the feature selected, we may access:

  • Your Google account identifier and email address.
  • The Google permissions you approve.
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens.
  • Gmail authorization to send messages from your connected account.
  • Google Drive and Google Sheets authorization for files created by, or specifically connected to, our application.

The Gmail integration requests permission to send email. It does not request permission to read your Gmail inbox.

The Google Sheets integration uses file-specific Google Drive access. It may create, read, format, update, or synchronize spreadsheets connected through the plugin. It does not request unrestricted access to every file in your Google Drive.

4. How Delyriaz Connect Works

Delyriaz Connect acts as a secure OAuth authorization broker.

The service stores the Google refresh token in encrypted form and provides supported WordPress plugins with short-lived access tokens. Current plugin versions then communicate directly with the appropriate Google API.

Under this architecture:

  • Email bodies, recipients, and attachments travel directly from the customer’s WordPress website to Gmail.
  • WooCommerce records and spreadsheet contents travel directly from the customer’s WordPress website to Google Sheets.
  • Delyriaz Connect does not store those email contents, attachments, or spreadsheet rows.

Some older plugin versions may use legacy relay endpoints. When this happens, Delyriaz Connect processes the requested content only as necessary to complete the requested action. We do not use that content for advertising, profiling, sale, or artificial intelligence training.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve our plugins and services.
  • Process purchases, downloads, subscriptions, and licenses.
  • Validate plugin licenses and authorized website activations.
  • Connect supported plugins to Google services.
  • Refresh Google authorization and issue temporary access tokens.
  • Provide technical support and respond to customer requests.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical problems.
  • Maintain operational, security, and transaction records.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated profiling.

We do not use Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve general artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

6. Google API Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features authorized by the user.

We do not permit employees, contractors, or other individuals to read Google user data unless:

  • The user has provided explicit permission for support involving specific information.
  • Access is necessary to investigate a security incident or abuse.
  • Access is required to comply with applicable law.
  • The data has been aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us operate our website and services, including:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Payment processors.
  • Email and support providers.
  • Security, monitoring, and error-reporting services.
  • Google, when you authorize a Google integration.

These providers may process information only as necessary to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or to investigate fraud or security threats.

We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data to data brokers, advertisers, or information resellers.

Google user data will not be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without the explicit consent required under Google’s applicable policies.

8. Data Storage and Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the requested service.
  • Maintain valid licenses and authorized connections.
  • Process purchases and provide customer support.
  • Meet accounting, tax, security, and legal requirements.
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Google access tokens are temporary. Refresh tokens remain encrypted while the Google connection is active.

When a user disconnects Google, revokes authorization, or requests deletion, we will delete or disable the related stored authorization credentials within a reasonable period, subject to legal and security obligations.

Because current plugin versions send email and spreadsheet content directly to Google, Delyriaz Connect does not retain copies of that content.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption during transmission.
  • Encryption of sensitive Google authorization credentials.
  • Signed requests between WordPress websites and Delyriaz Connect.
  • Short-lived Google access tokens.
  • License and domain validation.
  • Access controls and security monitoring.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their WordPress website, hosting account, administrator credentials, Google account, and installed plugins.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of eligible information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Request information about how your data is used.

You can disconnect a Google account through the applicable plugin. You may also revoke Delyriaz Connect access through your Google Account security settings.

Revoking or deleting Google authorization will prevent the connected plugin from using the related Google features until authorization is granted again.

11. Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for account sessions, shopping-cart functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and website performance.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent account, checkout, or other website functions from working correctly.

12. Children’s Privacy

Delyriaz provides WordPress software and services to website owners and organizations. Our website and Delyriaz Connect are not directed toward children.

Customer websites that use our plugins are independently responsible for determining what information they collect and for complying with laws applicable to their users.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may interact with third parties such as WordPress, WooCommerce, Google, hosting providers, payment processors, and email providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Delyriaz is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated customer websites or third-party services.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, legal obligations, or data-handling practices change.

When changes materially affect how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, or shared, we will update this policy and request additional consent when required.
