Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Delyriaz website, WordPress plugins, software downloads, licenses, Delyriaz Connect, support services, and related products.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a Delyriaz product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About Delyriaz
Delyriaz develops WordPress and WooCommerce plugins, including tools for email delivery, Google Sheets synchronization, school meal management, licensing, reporting, automation, and related website functionality.
Some products operate entirely within the customer’s WordPress website. Other products may connect to services operated by Delyriaz, such as Delyriaz Connect and the Delyriaz licensing service.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our products.
If you use our products on behalf of a business, school, organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts
Some services require a Delyriaz account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account and billing information.
- Protecting your username, password, license keys, and administrator credentials.
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
- Notifying Delyriaz if you believe your account or license has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it results directly from a security failure controlled by Delyriaz.
4. Purchases and Payments
Prices, billing periods, included features, and site limits are displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
You agree to pay all charges and applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
Payments may be processed through WooCommerce and third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.
An order may need to reach a completed or otherwise approved status before a license or download becomes available.
5. Digital Delivery
Our plugins and related products are delivered electronically.
After an eligible order is completed, the customer may receive:
- A plugin download.
- A license key.
- Access to updates.
- Access to documentation.
- Access to licensed services or integrations.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the associated Delyriaz account.
6. Plugin Licenses
Unless the applicable product page states otherwise, a paid plugin license is valid for the number of websites and the subscription period purchased.
A single-site license may be activated on one active WordPress website at a time.
Separate websites generally require separate licenses unless a multi-site plan has been purchased.
License keys, activation credentials, and hosted-service access may not be sold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with unauthorized parties.
7. Annual Licenses and Renewals
Unless otherwise stated, paid licenses are provided on an annual basis.
During an active license period, the customer may receive:
- Plugin updates.
- Security and compatibility updates.
- Access to eligible hosted services.
- Standard support for the licensed product.
When a license expires, access to updates, support, downloads, or license-dependent hosted services may stop.
Features that operate entirely inside WordPress may continue functioning after expiration. However, services requiring active server validation, including certain Delyriaz Connect features, may require an active license.
Renewal terms and pricing may change for future renewal periods. Any changes will apply when the customer chooses to renew or when permitted by the applicable subscription terms.
8. Open-Source Components
Delyriaz plugins may include or interact with WordPress, WooCommerce, and other open-source software.
Code distributed under the GNU General Public License or another open-source license remains governed by that license.
Commercial license keys, updates, downloads, support, hosted services, branding, documentation, and Delyriaz Connect access are separate services governed by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted by an applicable open-source license.
9. Delyriaz Connect
Delyriaz Connect is an OAuth authorization service used by supported plugins to connect customer WordPress websites to Google services.
Delyriaz Connect may:
- Validate the website and product license.
- Manage Google OAuth authorization.
- Store encrypted Google refresh tokens.
- Issue temporary Google access tokens.
- Disable access when a license expires, is revoked, or becomes invalid.
Current supported plugins send email content or spreadsheet information directly between the customer’s WordPress website and Google after receiving a temporary access token.
Delyriaz Connect does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Google services. Availability may be affected by Google, hosting providers, internet connectivity, API restrictions, maintenance, license status, or security requirements.
10. Google Services
When you connect a Google account, you also agree to applicable Google terms and policies.
You authorize the selected Delyriaz plugin to perform only the actions associated with the Google permissions you approve.
Depending on the plugin, these actions may include:
- Sending email through Gmail.
- Creating or updating Google Sheets.
- Accessing files created by or specifically connected to the application.
- Retrieving the connected Google account email address.
You may disconnect Google through the applicable plugin or revoke access through your Google Account settings.
Use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining your WordPress website, database, backups, hosting, and security.
- Testing plugin updates before using them on a production website.
- Keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, themes, and other plugins reasonably updated.
- Configuring the plugin correctly.
- Verifying generated reports, emails, calculations, labels, exports, and automations.
- Complying with privacy, consumer-protection, tax, email, SMS, education, accessibility, and other laws that apply to your website.
- Obtaining any consent required before collecting or processing personal information.
- Maintaining backup copies before installing, updating, removing, or configuring software.
Delyriaz is not responsible for data loss caused by missing, incomplete, or outdated backups.
12. Compatibility
We attempt to maintain compatibility with the WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and browser versions listed for each plugin.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every:
- Theme.
- Plugin.
- Hosting provider.
- Payment gateway.
- Caching system.
- Security configuration.
- Custom checkout.
- Third-party API.
- Modified WordPress installation.
Conflicts caused by third-party code may require changes by the theme or plugin developer responsible for that code.
13. Updates
Plugin updates may include security fixes, compatibility changes, new features, interface changes, and removal of obsolete functionality.
Customers should review release information and create a backup before updating.
Delyriaz may discontinue support for outdated WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, browser, or plugin versions when maintaining compatibility is no longer practical or secure.
14. Support
Standard support generally covers problems directly caused by an active, licensed Delyriaz product.
Standard support does not necessarily include:
- Full website configuration.

- Theme customization.
- Data entry or migration.
- Hosting administration.
- Third-party plugin repair.
- Google Cloud configuration performed outside supported setup tools.
- Business workflow consulting.
- Training or ongoing website management.
Response times are not guaranteed unless a specific support plan states otherwise.
15. Paid Setup Assistance
Personalized setup assistance, website configuration, testing, migrations, integrations, and custom workflow assistance are paid services unless expressly included with the product.
Before beginning paid setup work, Delyriaz may review the project requirements and provide a quote.
Work begins only after the scope, pricing, and payment terms are accepted.
Additional work outside the accepted scope may require a separate quote.
16. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the refund terms displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page, or written agreement, as well as any rights required by applicable law.
A refund may be denied when:
- The request falls outside the stated refund period.
- The product works as described.
- The problem results from unsupported third-party software or configuration.
- The customer refuses reasonable troubleshooting.
- A license key, download, or hosted service has been misused.
- Custom development or setup work has already been performed.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
17. Acceptable Use
You may not use Delyriaz products or services to:
- Violate applicable law.
- Send spam, phishing messages, malware, or fraudulent content.
- Access another person’s account or information without authorization.
- Circumvent license, security, access, or usage restrictions.
- Attack, overload, probe, or disrupt Delyriaz services.
- Use stolen or unauthorized credentials.
- Misrepresent your identity or authorization.
- Resell hosted-service access without written permission.
- Use Google data for advertising, surveillance, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe a product or service is being misused.
18. Intellectual Property
The Delyriaz name, logos, product names, website design, documentation, hosted services, and original non-open-source materials belong to Delyriaz or their respective owners.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Delyriaz trademarks, services, documentation, or branding.
You may not present a modified product as an official Delyriaz release or use Delyriaz branding in a misleading manner.
19. Third-Party Services
Our products may rely on third-party services such as:
- WordPress.
- WooCommerce.
- Google.
- Twilio.
- Payment gateways.
- Email providers.
- Hosting providers.
- External APIs.
Delyriaz does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, security incidents, restrictions, or changes.
A third party may modify or discontinue functionality that a plugin depends on.
20. Privacy
Use of our website, plugins, licenses, and Delyriaz Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Customers are responsible for publishing their own privacy policy and accurately describing the information collected through their WordPress website.
21. Service Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate a license, account, download, update service, or hosted connection when:
- Payment is reversed, disputed, or unpaid.
- A license is shared or used outside its permitted limits.
- The service is used illegally or abusively.
- The customer attempts to bypass security or license validation.
- Continued access creates a security or legal risk.
- These Terms are materially violated.
Where practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delyriaz products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:

Delyriaz’s total liability arising from a specific paid product or service will not exceed the amount paid for that product or service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Delyriaz against claims, damages, penalties, and expenses resulting from:
- Your website or business operations.
- Your misuse of a product or service.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
